Pre-booking, answered
What does pre-booking mean?
Pre-booking reserves your facility a place in the first onboarding group. It is not a payment: we contact you before launch to plan your setup, and you decide then whether to proceed.
When does careOS launch?
We are onboarding facilities in stages. Pre-booked facilities go first, with hands-on setup support; we will confirm your window by email well before launch.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per facility and depends on size and modules. Pre-booked facilities get launch pricing before anyone else, and pre-booking itself costs nothing.
Is our patient data safe?
Yes. careOS uses role-based access, per-staff permissions, and a full audit log, with each facility’s data scoped strictly to that facility.
We are not technical. Can we still use it?
careOS is built for front desks, not IT departments. It runs in the browser, needs no installation, and early-access facilities get guided onboarding.
